Igi
Igi (I am not a robot) / Ana Melikjaniani is an illustrator and artist based in Tbilisi.
Igi is a Georgian pronoun that ChatGPT translated like: "the one who exists". So basically it screams : "HEY, I EXIST!"
IgiIgi is also the main protagonist of a short story of the same name, which is set in prehistoric times. Written in a simple and purposefully primitive language by the famous Georgian writer Jemal Karchkhadze (1936-1998) and illustrated with iconic minimalist drawings by Kote Sulaberidze, Igi tells the story of an archaic man living with his tribe.
