Rosto (Rostom Zarandia) is a Georgian artist and activist from Zugdidi. He creates colorful murals such as "Elephant in the Air" and paints public trash bins in a child-friendly way as ladybugs, SpongeBob, or Minions. At the same time, he is known for his political protest graffiti: "Nino(ts)minda" protesting the inadequate handling of child abuse cases in Ninotsminda, "Gazhona Masts" criticizing the lack of resistance from teachers and cultural officials against the government, and “Freedom” protesting the imprisonment of journalist Mzia Amaghlobeli.

In July 2025, Zarandia was sentenced to five days in jail after referring to Zugdidi city administration spokesperson Magdalina Todua as "Tvinge" and "Poncho" - insults in the Mingrelian language - in a Facebook comment.

Im Juli 2025 wurde Zarandia zu 5 Tagen Haft verurteilt, nachdem er in einem Facebook Kommentar die Sprecherin der Stadtverwaltung von Zugdidi, Magdalina Todua, mit den Begriffen "Tvinge" und "Poncho" bezeichnete - Schimpfwörter in der Mingrelischen Sprache.
