Rosto

Rosto (Rostom Zarandia) is a Georgian artist and civic activist from Zugdidi.

He uses graffiti and street art to protest the occupation of Georgian territories, support the country's pro-European course, and criticize the government. His works include portraits of political prisoners such as journalist Mzia Amaglobeli, co-founder of Batumelebi and Netgazeti, and opposition politician Elene Khoshtaria. Despite repeated removal of his work and fines imposed by the authorities, he continues to use public spaces to express his political views.
