The Batumi Technological University had a ferris wheel installed in the middle of university building. Thus, carnival and education - two mutually exclusive, seemingly impossible phenomena gathered in one building. Yet there it was, standing, ready for the opening, ready for the opening, ready for the ribbon cutting ceremony an uncanny signifier of our time in transition.
